Circulation Counter & Services

The Circulation Counter, also referred to as the Registration Counter, is strategically located near the library's main entrance and is managed by professionally trained staff. It functions as the central service point for a wide array of user needs.

Key services provided at the Circulation Counter include:

• Circulation of Library Materials:

The counter oversees the borrowing and return of library resources, including books and other materials.

• Borrowing is strictly conducted in person at the Circulation Counter.
• Returns may be made either at the Circulation Counter or through the Book Drop.
• A valid student or staff ID must be presented for all borrowings.
• Renewals can be completed at the counter or online via WebOPAC.


• Collection of Fines and Payments:

Users may settle any outstanding fines or make payments at the Circulation Counter.

• Discussion Room Reservations:

Users may reserve discussion rooms in person through this service point.

• Membership and Account Assistance:

Assistance is provided for membership registration and other account-related inquiries.

• General and Reference Support:

The counter also offers guidance on reference services and addresses general queries from users.
